Connecting with Nature

For many of us, connecting with and being in nature can be grounding and calming. Sometimes you just need to get off our devices and connect with what is going on around us. 

Walking and spending time in nature can really help us regain a more balanced mental and physical state.

A lot of witches say that it helps ground them. For me, I think nature is just so beautiful and allows me to connect with something other than myself. 

Being able to watch the sunset from a beach is just so calming, and I emerge with a better attitude than I had to go into it.

Observing nature just calms me down and makes me forget about stress. No two places are ever the same. We can never stop marveling at this spinning piece of rock we call earth.
